Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at Creators Hub. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. 1. What Information Do We Collect?

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you submit an application to join the Creators Hub community. The personal information we collect may include the following:

  • Public Social Media URLs: Such as YouTube Channel URLs, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp channel, and Telegram links.
  • Channel Data: When you submit a YouTube URL, we may fetch public statistics related to that channel (e.g., subscriber count, view count, channel name, profile picture) using the official YouTube Data API.

We do NOT collect:

  • Passwords, exact geolocation, financial data, or sensitive personal data.
  • We do not require users to create an account or log in to view the app's content.

2. How Do We Use Your Information?

We use the information we collect or receive:

  • To verify and approve creators: The links and channel names you provide are used by our administration team to verify your identity as a content creator before adding you to the public Creators Hub leaderboard and community sections.
  • To display public profiles: Once approved, the public statistics (subscribers, views) and social links are displayed within the app to help users discover your content.

3. Will Your Information Be Shared with Anyone?

We only share information with the following third parties:

  • Google Play Services & Firebase (Google LLC): We use Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) to store the data you submit (such as your application and approved profile data).
  • YouTube API Services: Our application uses YouTube API Services to fetch real-time statistics for approved creators. By using this application, you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third parties for promotional purposes.

4. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. If your application is rejected, your submitted data may be deleted from our database. If approved, your data will remain on the Creators Hub platform until you request its removal.

5. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. Data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

6. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

If you are an approved creator and wish to have your profile, channel data, and associated social links removed from the Creators Hub application, you can request deletion by contacting us at the email provided below.

7. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

8. Updates to This Notice

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. We encourage you to review this privacy notice frequently.
